BYD sells the same small hatchback as the Seagull in China, the Dolphin Surf in Europe and the UK, and the Dolphin Mini in Latin America. Export versions get local safety and equipment changes, so they cost more than the Chinese car — but they are still among the cheapest new EVs on sale.
